STORYLINE:
After hearing of their father’s mysterious death, the five privileged Mosier sisters are forced to return home to claim their share of the family inheritance. With an ironclad will, Charles Mosier, the Patriarch of the family, grants his heirs the fortune necessary to protect their financial future. But who will protect them from oldest daughter Kathryn, who finally seizes the opportunity to unleash decades of pent up hostility and resentment. And Kathryn isn't the only one with something to prove. Each member of the family has a price to pay, and as the weekend unfolds, they find it can't be paid in cash.
“Caveat “ stars Lindsay Goranson (“Plague Town” & “The Theatre Bizarre”) as Kathryn and introducing Heather Howell O’Neill as Jennie. Taylor Nicholson (”I Clean Up Your Grave” and “Alpha Girls”) stars as the prissy sister, Hannah; Kacie Marie (“The Cross Bearer”) as troubled sister Emily; and Tabetha Ray (“The Cemetery”) as the baby sister, Olivia.
“Caveat” is written, directed and produced by Julie Ufema, from a screenplay by Julie Ufema and Isaac Williams, story by Julie and Jason Ufema. Also serving as Executive Producer is Lance W. Ufema who also contributed to the original score. The creative film making team included the camera work of Coalin Smith (TV’s “Paranormal State”), Jon Craig (“The Road Killer”) and Mitch Cleaver (“Smoke and Mirrors: The Story of Tom Savini”). Jason Ufema is the music supervisor and contributed to the original score.
